Inside the house.
What’s in the air and underfoot. Ducts and dryer vents are where a restoration background matters most — we know the difference between dust in a duct and mold in a duct. All interior cleaning
Outside the house.
The right method for each surface: a low-pressure soft wash for siding, roofs and cedar shake, which high pressure would crack or strip, and pressure washing for the concrete, pavers and stone that can take it. All exterior cleaning
Why a restoration company cleans.
Mold-aware
Dust and mold look alike from the register. Our crews remediate mold for a living, so if a cleaning job turns out to be a mold job, you hear it from us — and the same company handles it.
The right pressure for the surface
Siding, roofs and cedar get a soft wash that kills algae and mildew at the root. High pressure is kept for concrete and pavers. Using the wrong one is how siding cracks and paint strips.
One company, one number

Frequently asked questions
Straight answers on timing, methods and estimates.
How often should air ducts be cleaned?
Every 3 to 5 years for most homes — that's the National Air Duct Cleaners Association guideline. Sooner if you have pets, after renovation work, or after water or mold damage, when spores and debris can sit in the system and recirculate. Most homes take 1.5 to 3 hours.
How often should a dryer vent be cleaned?
Every 6 to 12 months, depending on how much the dryer runs and how many people live in the house. It's a safety job as much as an efficiency one: the U.S. Fire Administration attributes thousands of house fires a year to clogged dryer vents.
Soft washing or pressure washing — which does my house need?
Usually both, on different surfaces. Soft washing is for delicate surfaces like siding, cedar shake and roofs; pressure washing is for hard surfaces like concrete, pavers and masonry.
Can pressure washing damage my home?
Yes. On the wrong surface, or at too high a pressure, it cracks siding, strips paint and forces water behind panels where it has no way out. That's why siding and roofs are soft-washed.
